How healthy is an all fruit diet? I’ve been wanting to shed about 40 lbs before June or July (Summer time,yeah) and I was wondering if an all fruit diet would be helpful and healthy. I’m not saying I would eat fruit constantly for the next few months but maybe do it for a week or two and then try eating some normal meats and veggies on and off again. I was reading that an all fruit diet can cleanse the system but has anyone ever tried it? I’m not looking to drop the pounds in a hurry but in a healthy manner without starving myself.
